Half-Face Split CMU

  A low impact CarbonKind™ product.

With just half the face in a split texture, Mid-Split CMU provide design effects without projections, or have a practical function of breaking split fields to precision, without having to cold-joint the wall itself.

Used as a field, a running bond installation creates a checkerboard pattern; in stack bond, vertical striations. Inserted in a field of typical precision or split face units, the Mid-Split can add accents at random, or in phasing patterns. This unit can also facilitate clean inside corners for split textured walls.
