Direct support of technical goals.
Concrete masonry units, pavers, and segmental retaining units are completely recyclable when crushed and used as aggregates for base material or in other concrete products. These credits are attainable for either demolished installations, or the waste and scraps from new construction. Glass block and its packaging is recyclable. Undamaged, unused new product delivered to the job site may be diverted to and used in other projects.

CMU and paver products are stored and shipped on reusable pallets that may be returned to the manufacturer. At approximately 45 - 50 lbs. each and potentially hundreds involved on a typical project, that's thousands of pounds to include in diversion calculations.
